Why can't I log in?
There are generally three reasons that users have trouble logging in:
1. When you apply for a username and password, you need to submit a valid email address. This is so that we can verify that you are not a spambot trying to get an account. Sometimes, an error in typing will result in the email being sent to the wrong address. Another possibility is that your spam filter caught our verification email. Please check your "spam" box and add "administrator@rrcmn.com" to your list of approved senders.
2. At the same time you are verifying your email, one of our administrators has to approve your account. This is usually a formality, but our administrators may not get your request immediately. If you have applied for an account and are still blocked from the site after 48 hours, please contact us for more information.
3. It is possible, though unlikely, that there is something wrong with the site. If you are reading this page, then the site is up and running. If you feel there is a problem with the login process, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
