Recovery after Intense workout (NY Times)

Briefly:

1. 40 minutes or more of intense exercises depletes glycogen stores
2. Continuously hydrate with a sports drink before, during and after the work out
3. After the workout have a carb and protein drink
4. Eat a full balanced meal within 2 hours
